Fresh, sliced fruits provide a powerful vitamin kick. Depending on the season, you will find lovingly portioned sweet and savory salads and creamy delicacies. Well-assorted is the selection of cheeses, spreads, as well as sausage, salami and ham.

In addition to bread and pastries, the obligatory crispy "Semmerl" (roll) cannot be missing in Vienna. In addition butter and fruity jam or honey directly from the honeycomb - a real delicacy.

And of course the coffee! This is served to you. Apple or curd strudel look tempting with the freshly brewed Viennese Melange. Sometimes it may also be a piece of Gugelhupf.

Excellent hotel at a great location on perfect price
This is my third time visiting Vienna. Every time I choose a different hotel. This time I chose Hotel Am Parkring as it was at a good location close to the St. Stephen cathedral, 10 min walk. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. There is a big chance next time when I go to Vienna I will stay again in this hotel. The price is perfect for what you get. My room was at the 12-th floor with a view towards the Prater and skyscrapers. The room was spacious well lid with automatic blinds. The bed was larger than I expected for one person and very comfortable. There mini bar was very well loaded. There is a kettle and teabags to make tea. Also the bathroom was great. The hotel is in the city center so a person can do anything, museums, concerts, walks in parks etc. Schonbrunn is a little bit away but a guest can take U4 from Stadspark (5 minutes walk from the hotel) and it will take him directly to Schonbrunn. The breakfast room have a great view towards Karlskirche and part of the Stadspark with the Strauss monument and the Kursalon. There was plenty of choice - four different kind of eggs custom made for the guests. Also you can find hams, salmon, chesses, juices, yogurt, tea, cereals, fruit salad croissants and even champagne and more.
